So I am down a total of 14 lbs from this diet. I am sure that I could have lost a lot more weight if I would have stuck with it more. I have been cheating on this diet pretty bad!! I think I will try to start it again so that I can lose quite a bit more for spring break. I do feel a lot better about myself from losing that 14 lbs though! When I get dressed in the morning I am not disappointed like I use to be.
