FOREVER!!!

Its been a very long time since I have updated this blog. I have been very busy! I got a promotion at work and now I am a manager! I love it! It is really hard to learn but im catching on pretty quick and starting to love my job! Other then that I have not been up to much else besides the same old stuff work and school. I am taking summer classes but I might take fall semester off because its hard trying to learn this job while going to school. Life is great and I love all my friends and family who make my life so fun!

Spring Cleaning!

Kendra came over to help my spring clean my apartment today. Thank you so much Kendra you were alot of help!! I love having a nice clean home it makes me so happy!

Weight loss

I am doing a pretty good job with my weight loss in the last couple weeks. I started watching what I eat, and working out when I have time two weeks ago and I have lost 4 lbs already! So if I can continue to average 2lbs per week I will be ready for my cruise this summer! I went on a walk with my mom tonight and also went to aqua-zumba with Nicole it was alot of fun and a great work out! I hope I continue to drop weight!

St Patricks Day!!

I love St Patricks Day!! My family always does a really fun celebration for it, We have a great dinner with Corn beef, cabbage, and potatos. Then we play games or watch festive movies, this year we played games and we ate treats while playing. The best part is the amazing fruit pizza that my mom makes! James my brother in law's birthday is the day after St Patty's Day, so we celebrate his birthday too and that is why we have the fruit pizza, its like his birthday cake because he doesnt like cake. It was so much fun to spend some time with my family because that doesnt happen very often with how busy we all are. My family is so fun to play games with they are so crazy, loud and clever!!  My mom bought the cutest bib for Javen to wear that says my first St Patricks Day, it looked so dang cute on him. He was so fun to play with and got so much attention because he is the only little baby we have around :)

Catching up :)

Well it has been a little while since I have posted on here. School has been getting more intense with mid terms and the end is near. We have a six page paper due next week and we have to do a 40 min presentation on the 8th. I am going crazy trying to get all of this homework done!

My nephew is so dang cute! I get to see him quite often since my sister lives across the street :) I love playing with him and seeing his cute smile, I can not wait until I can have a sweet little baby of my own.

Tyler and I have gone to poker at the bar in Heber a couple times this month. We go with my in laws, they are regulars there and so much fun to hang out with. A couple weeks ago we went, and I took 2nd and won a 15 dollar bar tab it was awesome! Then even cooler then that.. We went yesterday and Tyler took 2nd in the first game and the second game! he did great and won a bar tab and a spot on the final table!! I love poker it is so much fun!!

Wendover

So Tyler and I went to Wednover yesterday and we had so much fun! We got there at like exactly 3:00 which is check in time so we timed the drive perfectly. Our room was awesome! it had a jacuzzi, steam room, giant comfortable bed, and huge TV! When we first got there, we freshened up and then went to get something to eat and hit the slots. Then we went back to the room for a couple hours to relax and take a bath and stuff. We both love Texas Hold'em as you all know and we were looking for a game but the only games were like $50 dollar tournements. We knew the basics of Black Jack but not all the little rules and technicalities like we do with Hold'em so we were nervous, but we approached the table and asked the dealer to bear with us. He was great and tought us everything and we ended up doing really well. We sat down at like 9:00pm and we met some cool people two of them came at like the very beggining and were still there when we finally left 6 hours later!! Ya we played for 6 hours, they brought us free drinks the whole time and it was so fun! We made friends and our stacks went up and down many times but in the end we left with $100 when we only put $20 each in to start with. Then we got back to the room around 4:00am and I was way tired so I went to sleep but Tyler still had a voucher for like $10 so he went out to use it and came back at 7am with another $100!!!! So in the end we came out with $200 !! We were os excited, I love Texas hold'em to play with friends and at the bar and stuff, but I think at casinos I will mostly stick wtih Black Jack because it is so much fun!!!

Just Stuff

So my ankle is feeling a little better I just need to stay off of it and so it can heal. Work is kind of hard I wish I could just stay home and get better but oh well...

 School has been interesting this semester, for my History class I have the best Professor I have had in college thus far, but on the other hand my philosophy (professor) "He is harldy a professor" anyway he is the worse ever!! I got in an argument with him the other day and I really hope I dont get a bad grade now because of it, but he was making me so mad I had to say something.

Tyler and I are going to Wendover for the night on Wednesday im excited! We didnt get to do much for Valentines Day because we both had to work, and we had school. We got each other some cute gifts and went out for dessert but that was all so... We booked a mini suite at Montego Bay in Wendover and it has a jacuzzi in the room:) YAY! even though it is only for one night because we cant afford to miss school or work, it will be nice to get away together for a night!

Ankle

   So.. I sprained my ankle by tearing a ligement in the back. I hurt it while at work loading clients into the van. It hurts pretty dang bad, I had to go to the instacare today to get some xrays done. Haha because it was work related I had to get a drug test and I could not pee like it was ridiculous! I chugged water for like an hour and I still couldnt go, so I bought a dr pepper and chugged that and anyway I was there for like 2 hours before I was able to go. I felt so bad for the lady doing the test and for Tyler who both had to sit and wait for me lol but its not my fault haha..
   I had to go to work today and my boss decided that I will still have to work, just refrain from lifting, and walking too much which is pretty much what my job intails so.. im not sure how that is suppose to work but i guess we will see.

Sick

 So I didnt feel very well the other night, I thought maybe I was getting a cold or something. Tyler told me to go take a bath and he would go buy me some medicine. When I got out of the bath, I came out and I saw this..


a rose, cold medicine, a card, a pillow pet, my favorite juice, and a green bay balloon!

You can see the juice and balloon better in this one. but ya he is so cute, it made me feel alot better! I love when men do cute things to make us feel so special!!

Super Bowl!

So the packers have not been in a super bowl since 1998 and they finally made it this year. Not only did they make it, they won it!!!! We got a bunch of friends together and had a huge super bowl party. Tyler has been a Green Bay fan since he was like eight. He has a picture of him as a little boy decked out in packers stuff. When I started dating Tyler 4 years ago he converted me to the packers and I have been a fan ever since. We were so excited that they were playing in the super bowl!! yaaaay!!!!

School is great so far, Tyler and I are taking both of our classes together. We are taking History, and Philosophy I love both of those subjects. I wish we could be taking more classes this semester but by the time our financial aid came through there were not many classes left. Next semester we will be taking probably three each, with both of us working full time its hard to take any more then that at a time.

BOWLING!!

We went bowling with Kendra and RJ I was so happy because we never get to hang out with them we are all to busy to find the time. We went to the Jack and Jills in Lehi and we had alot of fun! except on the way we hit a HUGE pot hole on the freeway and it mangled our brand new wheel and destroyed our tire :( but we had fun anyway!

Started School!

We are both finally back in school, we had to take two semesters off and it feels great to be back! We are taking our classes together so it makes them easier and more enjoyable. I cant wait to get my degree, and getting back into school just makes it that much closer!!

NEW YEARS!!!

For new years we went to my in laws and had some snack foods while we had a poker tournement!! We played poker all night and into the morning, we finished and went home around 5 am. SO MUCH FUN!! We each won a game! I have some great new years resolutions this year, I think this year will be a great one!!

Christmas

Well for Christmas eve Tyler and I went to his parents house for a yummy dinner. After dinner we played poker and catch phrase. I love playing games and both of those games are some of my favorites we had so much fun! Later we helped my little sister in law peyton make cookies for Santa and set out the cookies and milk. We went into the living room with the family and everyone opened a couple gifts. Then Tyler and I went home.

On christmas morning Tyler and I opened presents and then went to his parents house again to open the rest of the presents with them. Around 10am we went to my moms and had breakfast with my wonderful family! and we opened presents and then watched a movie and played monopoly:). Christmas night we had my dad and everyone over for dinner and fun!! I love Christmas and being with my family having a great time!
